Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Today I have some more Thanksgiving nail art. If you didnt see my last Thanksgiving post you can check it out
. I was supposed to do my mom and sisters as well but we never got around to it. I did these on Tuesday because I was busy baking all day yesterday and knew I would be to lazy to do them after that haha. So heres my Thanksgiving nails!
I really loved the pie nails that
The Daily Nail
did so I did 2 of those, some turkey feathers, stripes with a 3D bow(of course) and a glitter gradient. The pointer finger was supposed to have a leaf on it but I got frustrated at something and just didn’t do it haha. I feel like thats been happening a lot.
Polishes I used:
Thumb/Ring:Dolce & Gabanna Perfection
Pointer: Anise Going Incognito/OPI Golden Eye
Middle: China Glaze X
Pinky: OPI Ginger Bells
The rest of the designs were done with acrylic paint.
The cherry pie nail was definitely my favorite! Heres a picture of it before topcoat. I thought it looked pretty cool like this so I snapped a picture.
And one more! I wanted to take a picture with something Thanksgivingy but my I didn’t really have anything but my Leaves candle. Haha. I pretty much go straight from Halloween to Christmas mode so my room is full is snowflakes and candy canes, not very Thanksgivingy.
My pointer finger was simple enough so I could do it on my right hand. Two posts in a row I actually took a picture of it! Its a rare occasion I actually like this hand. I really love the way Golden Eye looks when its sponged on the nail. Im not so crazy about it on its own but the gradient gives it a completely different look! It looks more like foil this way than just a gold polish.
Thats its for the nails! Heres a quick cupcake pic as usual for my Holiday/Birthday posts.
Pumpkin w/ cream cheese frosting and sweet potato w/ toasted marshmallow frosting! Yummyumm
